Bletilla striata was distributed in Gohado of Mokpo city, Duribong, Kalmasan, and wolchulsan of Yeongam-gun, Puksan and Chomchalsan of Chindo-gun, Ttangkkut and Turyunsan of Haenam-gun, the coastal area of Kangjin-gun and Wando-gun, and Hoingkando and Bogildo of Wando-gun, Chonnam, Korea. The community of Bletilla striata was formed in Gohado of Mokpo city, Duribong and Kalmasan of Yeongam-gun, Puksan of Chindo-gun, and Ttangkkut of Haenam-gun, Chonnam, Korea. The geographical characteristic of Bletilla striata community was ranged from 40 to 120 meters above the sea level, and was observed on the south-facing slope by a 2-10° gradient. Height of shrub layer was low, and herb layer was appeared the high coverage rate by 70-100%. Total 77 species were emerged, and characteristic and differential species were Potentilla discolor, Aster ciliosus, Adenophora stricta, Albizzia julibrissin, Scutellaria indica, Aster scaber, Eurya japonica, and Vaccinium bracteatum. In all communities of the Bletilla striata habitats, Pinus thunbergii, Miscanthus sinensis var. purpurascens, Carex humilis, Smilax china, Quercus serrata, Sanguisorba officinalis, Indigofer kirilowii, Rhododendron yedoense var. poukhanense, Solidago virga-aurea var. asiatica, and Lespedeza cyrtobotrya were commonly distributed, and Eurya japonica, Arundinella hirta, Rhododendron mucronulatum, and Eularia speciosa showed the high emergence frequency.
